Summary

Five zones on a 10 km structural strike

The Owl Creek Project covers 3,522 hectares — including the expansion claim staked in March 2026 — with excellent logging-road access, located approximately 30 minutes north of Pemberton, British Columbia. The property is held 100% with no encumbrances and has seen comprehensive surface exploration: mapping, soil sampling, a regional airborne magnetic survey and historical diamond drilling, including ten diamond drill holes at Zone C in 1971 (Seraphim 1971).

July 2026 site visit — key observations

  • Extensive malachite mineralization on surface, particularly within Zone C — confirming a continuous copper-bearing system
  • Pervasive phyllic alteration (sericite–silica–pyrite) demonstrating a strong hydrothermal alteration footprint, with vectoring toward the hotter potassic zone under way
  • Multiphase stockwork and veining — repeated pulses of mineralizing fluids and structural preparation in the host rock
  • A larger diorite intrusion footprint than previously mapped, and successful relocation of historical drill sites

Regional geology

Owl Creek lies within the Cascade Magmatic Arc, a continental-margin arc system extending more than 1,200 km from northern California into southwestern British Columbia (Hildreth, 2007). The Cascade Arc hosts numerous Miocene-aged intrusive zones associated with porphyry-style copper-molybdenum and copper-gold mineralization, making it regionally significant for porphyry exploration. Regional benchmarks include:

  • Mt. Margaret (SW Washington) — historical resources of 523.0 Mt at 0.36% Cu, 0.011% Mo and 0.24 gpt Au
  • New Prosperity (south-central BC) — M&I resources (0.15% Cu cutoff) of 1,109 Mt at 0.24% Cu and 0.007% Mo

Exploration potential

  • The five zones span a 10 km structural strike from Zone A to Zone E — potentially interconnected segments of one larger continuous porphyry system
  • Airborne magnetic data identifies multiple high-priority targets for future work
  • Previous programs lacked multi-element assays — gold and silver potential is untested

2026 Exploration Program

Following a successful July 2026 technical site visit that confirmed extensive malachite mineralization at Zone C, Beyond Minerals' 2026 field program will refine the geological model and delineate potential drill targets:

  • Systematic geochemical sampling & detailed geological mapping at Zone C — establishing mineral and alteration vectoring to refine drill-ready targets
  • Prospecting Zones A, B, D and the Zone E expansion — confirming signatures consistent with Zone C and expanding the porphyry footprint
  • Notice of Work application to provincial regulators for a potential diamond drilling program
